Kinesiology is the study of muscles and movement in the body and is therefore a superb therapy for anybody who has a love of sport and exercise.
Increase muscle strength, speed and stamina all by just coming and lying on my table for an hour!
We will look at a number of elements including nutrition, hydration, protein levels, and energy flow.
You will also gain rapid recovery from sports injuries including pulled or strained muscles, tennis elbow, joint problems, back pain and many many more.
We all know that exercise is an important part of keeping healthy and happy – and it’s anti-ageing. By taking care of your body and attending regular Kinesiology sessions there is no reason why you shouldn’t be running around that football field or tennis court in your 90’s!!
Why Exercise?
Exercise causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that make us feel happy. It helps us sleep better which is vital for our health and wellbeing. It also boosts our immune system.
It burns calories and tones our body. Maintaining a healthy weight lowers our risk of developing certain diseases such as Diabetes and High Blood Pressure. These are becoming more and more common in teens and an active life for young people needs to be positively encouraged.
